Settings
Staff Management › Settings holds the lists used by HR requests and the email settings. It has four tabs.

| Device Types | The device types HR can request, each with a label and a hardware description, for example Standard laptop — 14", 16 GB RAM. Turn off the types you no longer offer. |
| Locations | The offices, with address, ZIP code, city, province, region and country. |
| Departments | The departments of the company. |
| SMTP | The email settings described below. |

| Sender email (From) and sender name | The sender of the emails to employees, for example it@contoso.com and Contoso IT. |
| IT notification email | The address that receives the new HR requests, for example a shared IT mailbox. |
| Employee communication language | The language of the onboarding and offboarding emails and of the confirmation page: Italian or English. |
The emails are sent through the mail server configured in SMTP: these settings only define the sender, the IT address and the language.
